This little application will help you change your dynamic IP so you don`t have to reset your modem.

After you finish one download, just run the program and you can start with your next download without having to wait 60-120 minutes.

Again, you need DYNAMIC IP for this to work.

To find out if you have a Dynamic IP or not do this. If you have Windows XP follow the steps below to find out:

Start->My Network Places, then right-click on the Local Area Connection that's connected and choose properties.

On the General tab find the box with "This connection uses the following items:"

Click once on "Internet Protocal (TCP/IP)" <do not uncheck the box>.

Then click the properties button underneath.

On the General tab in the new window you'll see two radio buttons, one saying "Obtain an IP address automatically".

If this is what's chosen then you have been assigned an Dynamic IP via DHCP.
